Amateur Foodie

I use the word amateur only when referring to my so called "resume" and placing it against those that are considered connoisseurs of sorts. But when it comes to knowing what is good, I think my palate can match those of Anthony Bourdain, Tom Colicchio, and Eric Ripert. OK, perhaps that is an exaggeration, but follow my blog, check out my recipes, hit the suggested hot spots, and then tell me what you think.
